On October 15th, Lagree Vietnam officially marked a milestone – becoming the first and only official Lagree Studio in Vietnam.

To celebrate this special occasion, we hosted a warm tea break for our Grand Opening Event – gathering, bringing together friends, partners, and the wellness community for a relaxed yet meaningful afternoon. The event captured Lagree’s spirit – intentional, connected, and full of energy. 

We were deeply honored to welcome Sébastien Lagree, the creator of Lagree Fitness himself, whose presence made the moment truly unforgettable. His visit not only inspired our trainers and guests but also reaffirmed Lagree Vietnam’s authenticity as part of the global Lagree network!

The celebration brought together fitness enthusiasts, partners, and supporters to welcome Lagree to the market – a workout method that’s ‘high-intensity yet low-impact’, blending strength, mindfulness, and endurance in every move. Guests mingled and shared meaningful conversations, discovering how Lagree transforms both body and mind. This milestone was more than just a launch – it marked the beginning of a new chapter for Vietnam’s fitness and wellness community.
